DRYWALL

Drywall brings the interior into focus. We coordinate installation and finish work with the framing and other trades to prepare spaces for the next stage.

Installation

Residential and commercial drywall scopes begin with the specified board and wall or ceiling assembly. We coordinate openings, backing and adjoining surfaces before hanging so the interior is ready for finishing.

Taping & texture

Taping, joint treatment, sanding and specified texture prepare the surface for the selected finish. Smooth walls and textured surfaces are reviewed against the finish schedule and the appearance required in each space.

Project coordination

Ceiling transitions, access panels, rated assemblies and changes in material need clear details. We coordinate those conditions with the general contractor and the trades working behind and around the finished surface.

Drywall is where structural accuracy becomes visible. Our scope can include hanging, taping, mudding, sanding, texturing, and inspection-ready turnover for custom residences, multifamily structures and commercial interiors. We coordinate backing, openings, rated assemblies and transition details with the framing and other trades.

Finishing levels

Level 4 and Level 5 finishes, including smooth-wall surfaces where required by the plans and finish schedule.

Textures

Knockdown, orange peel, hand-trowel, Santa Fe and other specified finish systems.

Special assemblies

Fire-rated assemblies, sound-control walls, moisture-resistant board and ceiling systems as specified.

Final materials and assemblies are governed by approved project drawings, specifications and applicable codes.
